"My experience at Stearns Motors was one of the highlights of my year. I’m a single full time working Mom who like many has struggled to make ends meet. My situation was not an easy one and I knew it would take a miracle to get me into a new car. I was very honest with the salesman Zac Graebe from the start. I thought sure he was going to say come back when you have more money down but he didn’t. Instead he went right to work along with Rob (finance Manager) to do everything they could to help me out. Not only were they able to get me into a 2016 vehicle with a factory warranty, they also kept my payments low for barely anything down. I’m still in shock over how easy and pleasant the whole thing was. Not a pushy bone in their body and what sold me was they came to me with the best deal up front. Having an accounting background, I knew that I was getting a great deal. I love that they are family owned and operated and I can tell they are one of the few businesses around that still operate with heart. I have bought cars from Tamiami Ford, Naples Dodge and Germain Toyota but I will continue to go back to Stearns from now on. I would say to anyone looking or even hoping to get into a new car. Go to Stearns Motors and just take a look. You won’t be disappointed."

"This Stearns team knows how to win customers: accurate descriptions, fair pricing on both sell and trade-in, and no games. Our transaction was smooth, fast and efficient, and I am confident that if something had not been quite right, then these guys would have fixed it. They even gave me advice on a car I was not trading in, and offered and did polish out some scratches on it.
They have an intelligent business model, built up over many years: they make daily visits to the big car dealers and selectively buy what those dealers have taken in on trade-ins, but do not want to sell themselves. This is an alternative for both Stearns and those dealers, to the more usual auction route. And it works very well. especially in Naples where there are a number of good low mileage cars coming on the market.

"Superb customer service along with quality autos and great pricing. I was very impressed with their work methods and ethics (and I've bought a lot of vehicles for my business). Most telling was their low "Dealer Fee" - most automobile dealers tack on a fee way over $500, seemingly just to pad their profit. No so at Stearns - just fair and honesty. How refreshing! They even sent me a personalized coffee cup by priority mail after the sale had been completed. That really shows they value the customer. Thanks Stearns for my great new truck!"

"I live in Cape Coral, Fl, which is about an hour away from Naples. I was internet shopping for a, new to me, vehicle, I did most of the dealing over the phone with Mark, who was very helpful and responsive. Rod was also awesome with handling some issues we had. This was by far the best experience of buying a car I have ever had. I highly recommend heading to Naples to Stearns Motors for your next purchase."

"When I lived in Naples I bought my first car from Stearns Motors. I can't remember how many cars I bought from them after that but I think about 10. I have recommended them for years and in that time I have gotten to meet most of the family. They have always been fair and I never had one problem in all those years. I am in Englewood now and thinking of coming down to buy another car. I miss stopping in and talking with them, they became family. Who would ever think you would say that about a used car dealer !!!!!!!"
